With Wonder Woman, DC has finally managed to deliver an all-round pleasing film that appeals to both fans and critics, and it could not have come at a better time.
For all the visual snazz and flashy costumes that Man of Steel, Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad brought to the table, they were divisive films and could not prove to be as big as DC would have liked in certain circles.
