Spider-Man Suits Up in a Costume That Won't Be Swinging Away Anytime Soon
By Mitch Uppman
What makes a hero? A hero is someone that greets you in the morning, a hero is someone that holds open a door, a hero is someone that saves lives. Spider-Man came to the comic universe for one project, and that was to protect his city of New York. He has become a hugely popular character with the help of comics and film, but here is one thing that has propelled his stardom and distinguishes this charismatic hero from the others: his iconic suit.moviepilot.com
Spider-Man's costume shows fans that he is ready for business and not afraid to step into a fight. Spidey sports the red, white and blue, showing that he fights for this country with a sense of pride. Any threat that steps in the way will be defeated.
The films have shown different versions of his costume—and you can see every version in our store—each with its own unique twist. In the original Spider-Man trilogy directed by Sam Raimi, audiences witnessed a Spider-Man that inherits his powers through a spider bite, making them organic. After Peter Parker (portrayed by Toby McGuire) learns these new powers, he decides to conceal his identity and become a full-suited superhero. While creating the suit helped him win some money [at a fight] and impress the woman of his dreams—Mary Jane—he realized that “with great power comes great responsibility,” expanded his heroic horizons, and Parker became the Spider-Man we all know and love today. His suit was original and his face looked threatening; look out Spidey villains!

The studio decided to change course with Spider-Man and rebooted the character with Andrew Garfield's version of the web head. Going back to the roots from the comics, Spider-Man got a new updated look and incorporated his all famous web cartridges. These cartridges helped Spider-Man quick travel through the city and take down the bad guys. His new suit looked fun and appeared to make it easy for our superhero to move around. Could Spidey’s suit get any better?

Yes, the one you have all been waiting for: Civil War's Spider-Man. Tom Holland’s portrayal of Spider-Man has Marvel fans freaking out in the best way possible. He has become the original. We finally get to see what Spider-Man looked like in his hay day on the big screen with this classic design, but underneath, a whole host of improved abilities and functions. We learned that Tony Stark (Iron Man) is behind Spidey’s new suit in Avengers: Civil War, which is amazing because that is straight from the Civil War comics. With the Civil War flick getting critical praise, it is clear that we will now officially see Spider-Man reprise his role in the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming as well.

With Spider-Man: Homecoming, we have to quickly look at the cast. Robert Downey Jr. is set to be a main character in this film which means that Stark could be a mentor to Spider-Man. It is possible that they are sticking very close to the costume as seen in Civil War. Fans all over the globe are excited to see their original Spidey kicking butt on the streets. These butts Spidey is kicking are getting even more exciting, especially knowing that one of those butts will be of the villain Vulture.

Super-villains are the life source of any comic book film. Doctor Octopus from Spider-Man 2 has been regarded as one of the greatest villains in a comic book film of all time. Hopefully, Vulture will stand out as an amazing villain like the rest of them.
We have our new version of the web-slinger and he is better than ever. Spider-Man has always been there for his city, and now he is here for every fan as he enters the big screen a couple more times.
This man can do whatever a Spider can, he spins a web any size, and catches thieves, just like flies. Look out, here comes the Spider-Man.
