An NCIS Halloween: Costumes Our Fave Agents Should Wear
Since I started working for Wonder Costumes, I've been unintentionally making mental notes of costumes my favorite characters would wear. Fast forward to right now, and I've made an entire post just on NCIS characters and potential Halloween ensembles. Let's pretend there's an office party that some of our faves (past and present) are attending and discuss their party outfits.
Leroy Jethro Gibbs
Gibbs isn't one for dressing up, but I'm sure Abby would figure out a way to change his mind. Gibbs loves watching old westerns and he would be the best marine turned cowboy ever.
Tony DiNozzo
Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo Jr. would 100% be Deadpool. Deadpool has only one love and he would go through hell to make her happy, just like Tony. They have similar humors and can kick major butt. Plus, this costume is officially licensed which makes it a DiNozzo must.
Baby Tali
Ziva's daughter is adorable and I fully believe Tony would dress her up as a ballerina. Many episodes ago, we learned that Tali's Ima dreamed of being a ballerina, but life said no. I can honestly imagine Senior getting Tali a bunch of glittery accessories and outfitting her to be the shiniest, most elegant, and rambunctious ballerina this world has ever seen. Tali is one loved little girl; Ziva would be so happy.
Timothy McGee and Delilah Fielding
These two have gone through so much and would definitely choose a couple-costume. McGee is a huge Star Wars fan and with the release of Rogue One's trailer, it's wouldn't be surprising to see him strut his stuff as a Death Star employee. McGee would be a storm trooper just so everyone could focus on how amazing Delilah looks. Delilah's paralysis has been hard, but they are taking it in stride and they’ll be two of the happiest people attending this make believe NCIS Halloween party.
Caitlin Todd
Kate was a doll and she would be a great flapper for Halloween. Throwback to when she wore a skirt to work and realized how bad of a decision that was courtesy of McGee and some out-of-reach windows. The Catholic school girl outfit was more Tony's fantasy and so, not a contender. This outfit is sexy, but not revealing which is perfect for our old NCIS friend.
Ziva David
I chose this costume for its looks. Assassin's Creed isn't my thing, but this outfit just screamed Ziva. It's fierce, just like Mossad's former NCIS liason. Though Ziva can pull off any ensemble, she always preferred pants so she could turn into a ninja at any second. Home girl was one hell of a fighter. RIP, Ziva David.
Abigail Sciuto
Ms. Sciuto is one of the smartest people on the show. She gave McGee's MIT butt a run for his money. She's on the Goth side of life and dresses up in interesting pieces daily. However, this costume adds some red, has a basket to hold some black rose petals, and perfectly matches her parasol. I couldn't remember the word parasol for the life of me and googled, "an umbrella that's not an umbrella". It somehow worked. Thank God for Google.
Dr. Mallard
“Grand Ducky” as baby Victoria will be calling him, is all about little pranks. While Ducky might not dress up in a body suit, he would definitely find joy in scaring people with this mask. Ducky would be very suave about it too. I can imagine it already, a person gets spooked and he responds with, "Oh, I'm sorry, did I scare you? *chuckles* Have a Happy Halloween" and wink. It'd be fantastic.
Jimmy Palmer
Autopsy Gremlin is always making jokes, though all of the people laughing with him happen to be outside of the screen and not a part of his NCIS world. Sorry, Palmer. Anyways, Jimmy would pick this costume to go with his family's theme. Does anyone remember the salt and pepper shaker family from Blue's Clues? My sister was a huge fan when she was younger. Oh, and since we're talking about Palmer, something awkward has to happen. Something like him nervously explaining his outfit choice because the rest of his ensemble is busy in the ladies’ room.
Eleanor Bishop
Bishop is the only one who gets two costume choices because I couldn't decide on which she'd pick. I'll be honest with you, I'm still getting to know her character. It doesn't help that I haven't seen any episodes from this current season, but I'll be caught up in no time. I promise! Now, it's no secret that NCIS' newest probie loves to eat. I can totally see her dress up as an M&M and talk about wanting to munch on some chocolate. Tim, Delilah, and Abby will be on the sidelines wondering if they're about to witness a cannibalistic attack on candy. As for the second outfit, Bishop is a strong and noble person. She’s also a go-getter. She figures things out and gets things done. She is a real life superhero, just like the rest of the gang. So, she definitely deserves to dress up as one on Halloween.
Director Vance
So, I accidentally wrote Lance because I mashed Leon's fist name with his last and proceeded to wonder how someone who's seen over 300 episodes of NCIS could make such a grave mistake. Anyways, Vance as a pirate is my favorite thing. He's intimidating and definitely has the swagger to pull of the nonchalant yet deadly attitude of an ocean criminal.
Jenny Shepard
I miss Jenny. If anyone could really lock Gibbs down after Shannon, it's her. Cleopatra and Jenny are both intelligent, beautiful, and powerful women. It wouldn't be surprising to see Director Shepard dress up as the Egyptian Queen's likeness for our NCIS Halloween party.
Diane Sterling and Tobias Fornell
These two interesting (read: crazy) lovebirds were on the route back to togetherness when Diane died. However, if she were still alive these two would end up getting a couple's costume. I say “end up” because Diane would decide on being Wonder Woman and Fornell would immediately choose to be Superman. God forbid someone else dress up as the kryptonite-weak hero and take his leading lady. Plus, Fornell would totally want to dress up as a buff superhero as long as no one heckles him. Of course, DiNozzo might make a few jokes. Side note: I always hear "Di-notes-oh" when Fornell says Tony's last name. Gosh, I wish this party was real.
