It is possible that you may think about the 1981 Olivia Newton John song Physical. It no doubt inspired some to get into working out and into those aerobic classes across the country. Some women went out and got those 1980s themed workout clothes sets. There was also a trend in workout videos with Jane Fonda, Richard Simmons, Denise Smith among others for example. The aerobics work out pride was alive and well.

The 80s Workout Costume brings a jumpsuit, headband and wrist cuffs. Costume is made of 80 percent polyester and 20 percent elastane. It is available in sizes X Small (2 to 4), Small (6 to 8) and Medium (10 to 12).
